The enquiry form collects only the information needed to understand and respond to a tutoring request.

Information submitted through the enquiry form

The form may collect the parent or student name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, year group, subject, curriculum or exam board, country, preferred lesson times and a description of the student’s needs.

Why this information is used

The information is used to respond to the tutoring enquiry, understand the requested academic support and discuss suitable next steps. It should not be used for unrelated marketing without appropriate permission.

Student information

Only information reasonably necessary for the tutoring enquiry should be submitted. Sensitive personal information should not be sent through the public form unless it is genuinely necessary and an appropriate secure process has been agreed.

Retention and deletion

Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for responding to the enquiry, administering tutoring where agreed, meeting legitimate record-keeping obligations and resolving disputes. Families can request deletion of information that no longer needs to be retained, subject to applicable legal or operational requirements.
